Dr. Tânia Suely Antonelli Marcelino Brabo, her talk is titled:
"Bullying, Violence and Mental Health of Children in Brazil"

Dr. Brabo graduated in Pedagogy from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (1991), Masters in Education from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (1997), doctorate in sociology from the University of São Paulo (2003) and post-doctorate in Education from the University Minho, Braga, Portugal (2007). Visiting Researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences, University of Lisbon (2007). She is currently assistant professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho. She has experience in the area of education, with emphasis on Educational Units Administration and Education Policy, acting on the following themes: democratic governance, human rights, gender, citizenship and education. In 2012, she conducted her post-doctorate in education at the University of Valencia, Spain. In 2013, she participated in the Teacher Mobility Programme, the Association of Universities Montevideo Group, conducting research stage with the Education Program for Peace, Nonviolence and Human Rights at the National University of Rosario. In 2015, conducted a research internship with the Center for Studies on Women, at the National University of Mexico.
